¿Qué es el REPSE? El Registro de Prestadoras de Servicios Especializados u Obras Especializadas autoriza a personas físicas y morales a prestar servicios u obras especializadas con personal propio. La actividad contratada debe ser distinta del objeto social y de la actividad económica principal de la empresa beneficiaria.
Relación entre REPSE, SIROC e IMSS En proyectos de construcción, el REPSE acredita al proveedor de servicios especializados; el SIROC permite registrar y dar seguimiento a la obra ante el IMSS; y el cumplimiento de cuotas, movimientos y reportes de seguridad social respalda la operación. Son obligaciones relacionadas, pero cada una tiene su propio trámite, información y calendario.
Obligaciones clave • Verificar que el registro REPSE esté vigente y corresponda a la actividad contratada. • Formalizar por escrito el servicio u obra especializada. • Presentar los reportes cuatrimestrales correspondientes ante IMSS e Infonavit. • Registrar las obras y sus incidencias en SIROC cuando resulte aplicable. • Conservar contratos, nóminas, cuotas de seguridad social y documentación fiscal.
